Terms of use

Using LVL

Roshan Amurthur operates LVL, a wearable and meal-sharing app for private friend groups. These terms apply when you use LVL. Use your own account and only connect wearable accounts you control. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if someone gains unauthorized access.

Free practice

This alpha is free. Practice points have no cash value. LVL does not collect entry fees, hold prize pools, process bets, or pay winnings. Any future paid feature will show its price and require a separate purchase. Using this version does not enroll you in a subscription.

Scores and health

Scores reflect available wearable records and LVL’s practice rules. Missing records, device differences, and later corrections can affect standings. Scores are for motivation and general wellness; they do not diagnose a condition or tell you whether exercise is safe. Do not sacrifice sleep, food, rest, or your health for points.

Sharing with friends

Only upload content you have permission to share. You retain your rights to your meal photos and give LVL permission to store, resize, and display them to the audience you select while they remain in the service. Respect other members’ privacy. Do not harass people, impersonate them, upload unlawful content, manipulate standings, or try to access another person’s private records.

Your data and choices

The privacy policy explains what LVL stores and shares. You can disconnect a wearable, stop sharing scores, leave a clan, and delete your meals. Contact us for an export or complete account deletion. Deleting data from LVL does not delete it from your wearable provider.

Availability and other services

LVL is in development. Features and integrations may change or become unavailable. Wearable providers and sign-in services have their own terms. Their names identify compatible services and do not imply that they sponsor or endorse LVL.

To the extent allowed by law, LVL and third-party services are provided as available, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Third-party service providers are not liable for consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages arising from your use of LVL. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and support

We may restrict access that threatens other users or the service. We will update the date on this page when these terms change and give notice of material changes. For support, privacy requests, or questions, contact roshan.amurthur@gmail.com.
